Halter Show Entry Details
Halter Show entries open Monday 2nd December – Reserve your places!
Entries are made in 2 steps:
Step one: Reserve the number of alpacas you want to enter AND your pen type
Do this on Grassroots between Monday 2nd December and Sunday 8th December
Maximum entries per exhibitor is 25 and minimum is 3
Maximum entries to the show are 640 alpacas – if entries exceed this, allocations per exhibitor will be pro-rated down. Gold pen sponsors are guaranteed 15 entries, Silver 10 and Bronze 7.
Step two: Confirm the actual alpacas in your team
Do this on Grassroots when it re-opens Monday 3rd February to Sunday 9th February 2025
Pen Packages
Options for pen packages and prices are shown below.
There are a limited number of sponsorship pens available in each category as they are oriented around the ring, as shown on the map below.
Gold – 6 pens
Silver – 12 pens
Bronze – 20 pens
Regular – minimum of 21 pens (option to increase if required)
If all the pens in your colour choice have already been sold, you will be automatically offered one on the next available tier and placed on a waiting list in case there are any cancellations.
