With the move to Stafford we’ve been able to redesign the show, bringing everyone together into one hall and creating an even more vibrant and inclusive experience for everyone.
There are new features such as the mezzanine level, viewing areas with bar tables and an entry experience that will feature a huge ‘Welcome’ sponsor wall. As a result, we have new exciting ways for you to promote your alpacas and businesses along with all the old favourites – so hopefully you will find the perfect one for you.
Every pound of sponsorship is essential and very much appreciated. It helps us to make the show the fabulous event that it is. We will make sure all our generous sponsors are celebrated before during and after the show and hope that this gives value back to you and your business.
Pen Packages
With all the catering facilities on site we’ve also been able to develop new pen packages which are inclusive of everything you need to house your alpacas for the weekend and take care of yourselves too. Every pen package includes Friday and Saturday night food and transport via the Show Shuttle service running to and from the Premier Inns at North Stafford.
We have also introduced a pen location booking option (within your package tier) which costs an additional £100+VAT. Check out the map below (those marked with an X have already been booked):

A spectacular banner (7.2 x 2.7 metres) will welcome all visitors as they enter the main hall. Buy your spot on the banner in a size of your choosing – or take part in our auction for the centre spot of 100 blocks! There is lots of space available which gives you the opportunity to be the biggest logo on there – each block costs £10 + VAT with the minimum number being 9, therefore prices start from £90 + VAT (the sketch below gives you an approximate scaled representation of the sizes). Don’t be shy – go big and standout from the crowd!
Sash Sponsorship
Sponsor the colour champion/s of your choice in either Huacaya or Suri classes. Gets your name on champion and reserve sashes for males and females with opportunity for you to present in the ring. All champions will be photographed and posted on show socials with your name & logo included on the photo.
