Every pound of sponsorship is essential and very much appreciated. It helps us to make the show the fabulous event that it is. We will make sure all our generous sponsors are celebrated before during and after the show and hope that this gives value back to you and your business

Pen Packages
If you would like to secure a Bronze, Silver or Gold sponsor pen, please email nationalshowsponsorship@bas-uk.com by 8/12/25.
All exhibitors in the Halter Show will automatically be allocated a Regular Pen package if they have not opted to have a Gold, Silver of Bronze package.
There are a limited number of Gold and Silver pen packages available. If any category is oversubscribed, names will be ‘pulled out of a hat’ and the next category offered to those who are not successful.
Early Bird Pen Choice £100+VAT: A map showing the anticipated pen layouts will be publlished on 12/12. If you would like to choose your pen location, these will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis from 15/12 and confirmed by return email. If the pen you want is no longer available, no charge will be made.

Sash Sponsorship
Sponsor the colour champion/s of your choice in either Huacaya or Suri classes. Gets your name on champion and reserve sashes for males and females with opportunity for you to present in the ring. All champions will be photographed and posted on show socials with your name included on the photo.

On Screen Video Adverts £250 +VAT for up to 60 secs
Make an impact on the whole audience with a short video advert on the big screen and also on the live stream video going out to all our remote viewers around the world! (Included with the Gold Pen Package)
On Screen Rolling Banner Adverts £150 +VAT
Featuring your logo and name regularly along the bottom of the live stream and on the big screen at the show. (An advert is already included in the Gold and Silver Pen Packages)
Bar Tables £100+VAT each 15 available
In the seating areas either side of the main stand there are bar tables to gather around – tables will be branded with your logo. Last year there seemed to be a gauntlet thrown down to see who could offer the best cocktail or cocktail at the table at the Friday night supper – who could resist the challenge?!
Large Mezzanine Banner £175+VAT each 8 available
As per last year we will dress the whole mezzanine level with huge banners – and one of them could be yours. Made with your logo and undated, each banner is circa 4m by 1m and yours to take home at the end of the show. You just need to provide the artwork and we will do the rest. (last years banners are shown in the photo below)
If you sponsored in 2025, you can reuse your banner and only pay £100+VAT
