Learn before you leap, this practical, hands-on course is ideal for new and prospective owners and those wanting to know more about caring for alpacas. This course will cover what to look for when purchasing your first alpacas, how to fit a head collar, basic herding and catching and a run through of what to expect on shearing day. Handy visual aids will be provided to take away with you, along with a notepad and pens. Lunch and refreshments provided.
