03 Beck Brow Ready or Not- Opens Mon 2nd Feb

BECK BROW Ready or Not , was purchased by Toft Alpacas in 2024 to bring a whole new line of top class genetics into our breeding programme. He was Champion Brown Male at NWAG Alpaca championship in 2023 as a junior. Champion again in 2024 as an intermediate at NWAG and Champion at the Heart of England Spring Fiesta in 2024.

BECK BROW Ready or Not, is a solid dark brown compact well conformed male with a striking presence. His fleece is very uniform in colour , exceptionally dense and consistent right out to his extremities.
His lineage is Australian with the genetics of Blenheim, EP Cambridge, Softfoot, Coonawarra, Aplaca Specialist and Bozedown running through his background. As such he represents a complete new infusion of genetics into the Toft Herd and we expect a great deal of hybrid vigour from this male over the coming years. We are very excited about how he will compliment our thirty years of selective breeding and looking forward to what he will produce over the combined genetics of Timogen, Freddy and the Big Bopper who are already producing outandingly dense, uniform, exceptionally fine cria.

Ready or Not’s cria hit the ground in 2024 and although his offspring have yet to go through showing we can honestly say that his cria are outstanding right across the board. Consistent in colour and quality throughout, amazingly dense and superfine with a beautiful crimp style. Having been BAS judges for the past 20 years we are never ones to preempt the judges decision but regardless we have high hopes for his first cria on the ground and very excited for the coming season when we have four times as many of his wonderful offspring to look forward to.
