Bengal stood out from birth – having an exceptional chunky frame complemented with a superfine, exceptionally dense and uniform fleece both within the staple and across the blanket. He has a bright consistent aligned fleece of great character that shows excellent coverage across a particularly strong macho frame. A frame with conformation and strength of bone that is hard to match and has only improved as he progressed to adult. Molly Gardener, who ‘loved this male’ at the 2025 BAS National, described him as solid as a tree!
He is eye catching and has an outstanding presence with top drawer genetics behind him whilst being the utmost gentleman and easy to handle. You cannot fail to admire this male in the field or the fleece!
Described at the BAS National Show 2024 as ‘an exceptional male’, he carries uniformity of character, fineness and micron not only within the staple, but across his blanket and well into the extremities. His uniformity and density are only surpassed by his exceptional frame. The complete package and a rare male.Rare also in having gained Championship awards at 3 consecutive BAS National shows – following Reserve Champion as a junior, he maintained Champion Brown male awards as both intermediate and adult in 2024 and 2025.
His genetics include EP Peruvian Spartacus, Rural Allianza Don Pepe, Viracocha Prophecy with Softfoot Koo Wee Rup as his sire stamping frame, uniformity and density!
Bengal was provisionally (and with some reluctance) to be sold for export abroad preventing outside matings, but due to ongoing export restrictions, we have re-purchased him to lead our stud services and a limited number of mating packages may be made available in 2026.
